Privacy Overview

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use Sphinx Riddles, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Information We Process

Core gameplay does not require registration. Game progress, coins, daily streaks, unlocked guardians, accessories, collected wisdoms, favorites, personal notes, trial statistics, and app preferences are stored on your device using standard iOS storage and the app sandbox.

If you contact us, we may process the name, email address, and message you choose to provide so we can respond to your request.

Usage Data and Technical Requests

Usage data may include technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, pages visited, visit time, and diagnostic data. The application may make limited network requests necessary to operate the service, retrieve configuration, resolve linked destinations, or display policy pages.

Analytics, Attribution, and Notifications

We may use trusted service providers to understand how the app is discovered and used, measure campaigns, improve stability, or deliver notifications. These partners may process device or install identifiers depending on your settings and applicable law.

These providers may include AppsFlyer for attribution and analytics, and OneSignal for push notification infrastructure. On supported iOS versions, Apple App Tracking Transparency controls access to IDFA where required.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the service, manage requests, contact you when necessary, improve the app, monitor security, comply with legal obligations, and support business operations such as transfers or restructuring if they ever occur.

Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local gameplay data is generally controlled from your device and can be removed by resetting app data where available or deleting the application.

Transfers and Security

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children's Privacy

The service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

Links and Changes

The service may contain links to websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. We may update this policy from time to time by posting the updated version on this page.
